Offsite manufacture, including services integrated into the backbone, minimised onsite trades and site congestion for greater safety and efficiency.
The Blink Backbone® is delivered to site in flatpack form and is erected with speed and precision to form the datum of the building.
This project achieved around 1000sqm of floorplate per day before concrete pouring.
No propping or formwork due the the post-tensioned steel backbone means access for fitout is possible the day after concrete pouring.
